1. General Terms

  • flygo acts as a travel facilitator between customers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour organizers, and other travel partners.
  • All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and the individual terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
  • By making a booking with flygo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Full payment must be completed before the issuance of tickets, travel documents, or vouchers.
  • Prices may change due to availability, seasonal demand, taxes, exchange rates, or supplier policies.
  • All payments must be made using flygo’s approved payment methods only.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies vary according to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and service providers.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly as per the rules of the respective service provider.
  • Service charges, convenience fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing timelines depend on third-party providers and may take approximately 7–30 working days.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Travellers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, identification documents, vaccination certificates, and any documents required by authorities.
  • flygo is not responsible for denied boarding, refusal of entry, expired documents, or immigration decisions.
  • Any costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne solely by the traveller.

5. Itinerary & Service Changes

  • flygo reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, political situations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Where possible, suitable alternatives of equivalent value will be offered.
  • Certain activities or services may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety or operational reasons.

6. Client Responsibilities

Travellers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking
  • Follow instructions provided by guides, service partners, or authorities
  • Maintain respectful and lawful behaviour during travel
  • Take responsibility for personal safety and belongings

flygo is not liable for loss of personal items or incidents caused by traveller negligence.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • flygo shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, accidents, strikes, political unrest, health emergencies, or events beyond our control.
  • Any compensation claims shall be governed by the policies of the respective service provider.
  • flygo’s liability, if any, is limited strictly to the service fees charged by us.

8. Health & Safety

  • Travellers must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
  • Any medical expenses, health issues, or emergencies during travel shall be the traveller’s responsibility.
  • Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended.

9. Website Usage

  • Users agree not to misuse the website or distribute unauthorized or harmful content.
  • All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of flygo and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Qatar, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Doha.
